Nominated Representative Form

An applicant to the Jesus Fellowship Redress Scheme may nominate a family member, friend or other lay individual to assist them as a Nominated Representative with their Individual Redress Payment Scheme or Other Claims Scheme application.

Nominated Representatives cannot be used for Community Adverse Experience.

The applicant must provide a completed Nominated Representative Form, identifying the individual who will be acting as their Nominated Representative, together with the individual’s preferred correspondence details.

The Jesus Fellowship Community Trust

Since December 2020, The Jesus Fellowship Community Trust has existed solely as a residuary body with one purpose – winding up the administrative affairs of the Jesus Fellowship Church. New trustees and a CEO were brought in to oversee this work, which includes implementing the redress scheme, supporting survivors and former members, and ultimately closing the Trust.
